Nova Schools teachers are not direct employees of Nova Schools. Through our master agreement with Studia Nova, Nova Schools will provide you a technology platform to operate your own virtual classroom. You are responsible for recruiting your own students and ensuring your students are meeting academic objectives. Nova Schools will collect payments from parents on your behalf and pay all associated costs. The remainder will be paid to you on a monthly basis.

Nova Schools is operated by a 501 c(3) Non-profit Church. We do not reduce human beings to simple labels nor would we ever discriminate against any legally protected class under Federal or California law. Students can be suspended for not adhering to our code of conduct. The Code of Conduct policy document is available to all accepted members. Nova Schools is not a school of record. Nova Schools partners with Studia Nova to provide students a private virtual school. Studia Nova manages all compliance documentation including transcripts and private school affidavits (the exemption from attending public school). Students enrolled in Studia Nova may choose to do their online work at Nova Schools facilities, where we provide an enjoyable academic environment. Nova Schools does not accept charter school vouchers. Nova School students may attend on-site church services after school as a elective.

Membership(Required)

I understand that all Nova Schools are operated by a 501 c(3) Church organization.

I agree to pay tuition fees on schedule.

Participation may be suspended for not adhering to code of conduct.

Studia Nova is the School of Record.

Nova Schools operates the facility but is not the School of Record.

There is no tax deductible receipt available for tuition fees.

I understand Church services are held on site after school. Church attendance is not obligatory.

Freedom Library Club is not a licensed daycare, minors may be on-site for a limited amount of time without parent supervision or participation. Supervision may be provided by a family co-op per HSC § 1596.792. In order for your student to attend Freedom Library without your supervision, you must participate in a co-op and volunteer as such.

minors(Required)

I will not use Freedom Library Club as a day care.

If I am unable to supervise my child I will join a co-op.

I may not pay other parents to supervise my child at Freedom Library Club.

Summer camps do not require parent co-ops.

Joining a co-op does not affect my membership dues.

For minors enrolled in the private online school, Studia Nova, student information including, emergency contact information, parent contact information, student grade year level, and student login and passwords will be shared with appropriate Freedom Library Club staff and volunteers so they may better assist students enjoying their learning activities.
